My name is Nehad Alhassan and I’m a Broker Associate. I was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. I got into real estate to help people and guide them through the complicated world of real estate. It’s okay to sell your home without a professional if you have had some experience selling homes like an investor. Everyone can agree: when we have car issuse we take it to a mechanic or need investment advice we talk to a financial advisor but when selling our most valuable asset we believe the notion everyone knows everything and this will cause losses the seller will not know or never know about and every situation is unique and different because sometimes issues arise that no one sees but its how we deal with the problem that matters.

I advise anyone selling or buying a home to hire a Realtor. It does not have to be me, just have someone fighting in your corner who knows the ins and outs of the marketplace; someone who understands contract negotiation. There is no reason to pay exorbitant fees and commissions to a cash buyer.
